We're confident you're going to love your new IMPACT gear, but you're covered either way.
If you purchased an IMPACT product through a dealer, please go back to that dealer directly. Their return/exchange policies may differ and will apply.
If you purchased an IMPACT product through this website (dba IMPACT CBS Inc.) and you're dissatisfied for any reason, we're happy to facilitate the return/exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be in their original, unused condition.
- Please click here to begin the return or exchange process
- Place your original invoice inside the original packaging
- Re-package securely, slap on the return label, and ship via the carrier listed on the shipping label
Once we receive the returned package, we will cheerfully refund the product amount and tax to your original method of payment, or issue an exchange or credit. Your choice!
Please know the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exceptions: As you can probably guess, custom orders and private label products are not returnable/exchangeable.
